Alright cool thanks, going to install that this weekend.

 

Yup, we know first hand.......don't hold the ratchet at the end of the handle when tightening, hold it close to the head so you can't get that much torque on the ratchet.

 

Would you guys agree with finger tight with about half a turn for the valve cover? Or a Lil more than that

 

it is like 8 in/lbs or something crazy low

 

So I swapped it and now my car idles at 2500. The acceleration is really touchy too. I think something got messed up with it when I was doing it. Could I have put the spark wires on backwards? Is that even possible?

I called Mikey, the throttle cable was too tight.

 

Drivin down to NC tomorrow to get some parts installed and the tune from spec ops. Should be sittin pretty when I get home. So can not wait. Its a good thing I work mids cuz I probably wouldn't be able to sleep anyways lol!
