Hey, its good to hear from you, your Dex right? I am not sure were in Va Beach you will be but I believe the meet is at the Freedom Car Wash. The address is,

1400 S Independence Blvd
Virginia Beach, VA 23462

Its basically right after were S. Independence splits into Holland, and S. Independence. From Richmond you would take 64E, to 264E; take the Independence exit. Stay in your right two lanes and go right when Independence splits, and the Car Wash should be on your left.
