yesterdays fatt day at summit was an absolute blast. there were two ford gts there, several evos and a murcielago (that had a small fire in the engine compartment after a session) among others. it was a beautiful day and my evo was runnin like stink!
my last two sessions i got lined up at the front and got 4-5 clean laps in. after i passed one of the gts (driven by an old guy, like me, however alot more cautious w/his very expensive car) he deceided to see if he could keep up... after 4 turns, i didn't see him again!
big props to shiv/vishnu for a killer smart tune. the car didn't miss a beat all day!
also atlantic motor sports, mike, cory and dan for my track prep
one spectator on the wall came over to tell me he had timed me in the low 1:30s in light traffic (don't know about that) but wish he'd been there in the afternoon!
my best lap ever at summit, on my cbr600f4 super sport bike, was a 1:21:2 in the late 90's.

Awesome. It seemed like it rained throughout the entire time though.

it was sunny and in the 70s all day... that was at summit. did it rain during the day friday here?
