I thought I was going to be getting rid of my evo about 3 months ago so I went out and bought a more "sedate" Subaru Legacy GT 2.5. Problem is, I still have the evo and now I want to mod the Legacy. UGH! Looked at the Camry's, just couldn't give up on the power thing all together. Good Luck though.

Wow. I went the opposite way. Had a camry and went to evo. The ride was definately much nicer in the camry. But what sucked was letting faster cars go by to change lane, as oppose to stepping the gas pedals on the evo. But I understand why you did it. If I knew how gas prices were now I would have waited.

Camry is seriously NOT sporty. Comfortable, yes. My choice would have been a Subaru Legacy GT. Very comfortable, luxurious, and is seriously fast, especially for a family sedan.

I wasn't feeling like i was in an 30,000 dollar car no more. Dont get me wrong i love the performance level of the evo. and like most of yous i had a fun driving the car. So for me the bad was out weighting the good.

Well it was fun being in the community with you guys. thanks

bye

I'm not far behind............. hell I can name one reason only for that trade maybe 20 mpg comared to about 38 mpg or so with the camry.

Well the main reason I went to the carmy was because I didn't like any of cars in the evo class and the ones that I did I didnt want to pay more than 400 a month for the insurance on it( to many points). And I didn't want to deal with interior and brake noise of the evo any more. But I am planning on getting the S4 Audi maybe in a couple of years from now. Waiting for the points to go to zero. Which we be about three years from now.
