Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys have ever shopped at the gruppe-s website... I'm wondering if they are any good, do they deliver your package when they say they do, and if yall think there price is high? Just give me some info on them because i've heard bad and good stuff about them! thanks

 

They're ok sort of. They are an outlet. When I ordered from them most of my parts came in boxes from SP Engineering.

 

I have had no problems with them. I have recieved every package on the day they said.

 

well for anyone that have bought a body kit or just a bumper from them... how long did it take for u to get it?

 

FWIW when I ordered a part from them I got an email the same day telling me it was back-ordered for several weeks and was offered an immediate refund or an option to wait. Most vendors will take your $ and tell you tough *******...

 

i have a set of wheels coming from them and they have kept me informed about delivery dateand any other question i have for them so i like the service so far. i,ll let you know when i get them if i,m 100% satisfied with them. i,m sure i will as many evom members have dealt with them and for the most part eveyone seems satisfied, but theres always one or two people who are never satisfied.

 

I've had good experiences ordering Subaru parts from Gruppe-S. They offer some good deals on occasion and ship rather promptly.

 

I ordered a clutch and flywheel package from them clutch came in still waiting on the flywheel. Good communication though.

 

Great company to work with. Fast shipment when in stock. Group buys may take longer if not in stock or waiting for a fill. If you have patience, you can save money on some of their group buys.

 

ive ordered a few things from them, prices on the gauges i ordered were unbeatable, other products are priced just about to par. shipping was decent, and they kept me informed with everything necessary. i'll keep shopping with them

 

great prices if youre a shopper and look around the net n shops Gruppe-s has great prices...of course thats an average not an every single part thing. some parts are cheaper else where and some parts are cheaper through gruppe-s.

 

I ordered the JDM bumper from gruppe-s since november 2005, they said it takes a month to come from Japan.
When they arrived in CA, they shipped it to me by Greyhound.
I get the confirmation number but the bumper never come / show up.
I've been waiting for 4 month and make a hundred calls to greyhound, they just said they can't predict when the bumper will come.
Customer service is terrible and you need to argue to figure out how to get your money back after 5 month for nothing.
I recomend you to deal with other good reputation vendor.

 

i got a call from them the other day to let me know my wheels were in and i would have them within a week.pretty good customer service with them so far, now when my wheels come in i,ll know if i,ll be doing buisiness with them in the future.The next cosemetic upgrade is a CF front lip if they have them.

 

yeah i ordered the jdm rear bumper from them about 1 month ago and still nothing... called they said they didnt have it in stock and should be getting some the end of this month! and should be shipped to me as soon as they get it! and i order TEIN S Springs from them 2 weeks ago still nothin... so im gonna wait 2 more weeks and we'll see wats up

 

From my personal experience I tried ordering a Ralliart part from the and it WAS in stock...then all the sudden got an e-mail....we don't carry these anymore. So I got a refund..I was not please about that. I also think they are abit over priced. I guess they have there reason.
