Sorry, Gary, I don't recall meeting you! Are you sure you weren't talking to Tim? He owns the grey 2.5 RS and a blue 1980's RX. I own the Aqua Camaro or the WRB STi.

Matt (Cletus323) lives right around the block from me, literally. We met up last week for a few hours. He has a IX MR. Very nice car, and pretty damned quick!

We should all definitely meet up for a weekend cruise sometime! Maybe I'll throw a small BBQ or something before the cold months set in.

Sounds good, Kurt! I'd be happy to meet up!

You are correct. It was the other guy. He did not have a STI. I don't recall an STI every being there. I am always working though. I run the MyerEmco Audio Video store in Gaithersburg. I am going to sell my EVO. Do you know anyone in the market? PM me for Details. I will even part it out. I have some nice 18x9 Volk winnings with Toyo RA1 tires. Let me know.

Why are you selling your Evo?

Lemme guess......he told you something to the effect of, "Sweet Evo, but Subaru........blah blah blah"

He complimented Cletus323's car and then started in with the "but Subaru did it this way" speech. He can never compliment a car without comparing it to a Subaru.

Have you seen that blue attrocity (80s RX) that sometimes sits in front of the store. You can't miss it. He touted one day that it was "the STi of the 80s." The only problem with that statement is that people are going to remember the STi. NOBODY cares to remember that uh......."STi of the 80s." That's like saying that the 1984 Plymouth Colt (imported from Mitsubishi) was the "Evo of the 80s."

If he did that I would have laughed. Everyone has an opinion, but fact is not an opinion. Getting rid of EVO due to Automobile ADD. I have had it 2 years and its time to move on. Too many projects at home. I would like to sell it.

Could have been my wife. She does drive it sometimes. If it was me, I would have stopped.

Andy, good to see you here, Bro! The WW IX is probably Matt's car. He goes under "Cletus323" here. I've run into Dave ("Shizzle") a few times.....he stopped in at work the other night. They're both great guys.

Next week I'm going up to Delaware because of a Subaru-sponsored meet in Aberdeen, but I'll have to get a weekend off and try to get a meet together. Maybe everybody's up for a trip to Hershey Park for a day before the season closes out?

Thanks for the kind word. The clean look is exactly what I was going for. If anyone wants to shoot the **** tomorrow during the day. I have a few. It would be cool to see who lives in my backyard. Maybe at Balenger Creek High school. Say around 1:00.

I live in the Ballenger Creek area. I'll be working at that sh*thole called "Advance Auto Parts" all day, 11-7. I'd be more than happy to meet up if I weren't working.
