Maybe you can do an XEDE install if you are coming? Will exhaust be available prior to the 24th? If so, I'll order and install so it's in place for tuning.

Update on the event....

I'm double checking the date of the 24th with Mike @ Altered to make sure everything is good to go. The max number of cars that can be dynoed will be around 10. You can still attend the event and if someone doesn't show up for dynoing, then you can always bump in.

I also spoke with Shiv @ Vishnu Performance and he stated that he plans to attend the event and offer free tuning for those who purchase and XEDE from him that day! This is a killer deal because as you all know, the real cost for developing a car is the tuning. The only thing you may have to pay for is a little extra time on the dyno... shouldn't be much if any. Shiv expects around 30 minutes to tune each car.

If you do plan to purchase an XEDE, please notify me by pm or email and I will make note of it on this thread so that Shiv knows how many to bring along with him.

Details for those interested in the XEDE units:

1. The units will cost $795.
2. Shiv will be offering free tuning for anyone who purchases the unit from him for the Dyno Day event on the 24th.
3. Currently, the XEDE will require splicing 2 ECU wires, but this can be done very far away from the ECU. Shiv is working on a plug & play version and it may be ready by the dyno day.

I'll be speaking with Dan @ Mach V to see if he will coming down as well.

As the date get's closer I will probably post on here with confirmation details and I will try and email everyone involved directly as well.

Mark, I spoke to Brett @ Vishnu concerning their 3" exhaust. The final cat-back design prototype is done and the bender is waiting for tubing to begin fabrication. They are also in final testing stages of a full turbo-back 3" system (and XEDE maps). Shipping date for the cat-back should be about two-weeks. The additional pieces to complete the turbo-back should be available at the same time if there are no issues with final performance testing. Brett is aware of the requirement to deliver at least a couple of systems for installation prior to the 24th and said he will do what he can to light that fire. Hope it all works out. Timing is everything. Don't forget to add me to the XEDE install list. Looking forward to meeting everyone on the 24th.
