I spoke with Mike from Altered Atmosphere in Gaithersburg, MD and he said they would love to setup an evolutionm.net dyno day for all the local Evos. They can probably dyno around 10-12 cars max for the day, so if you are interested please post on the site and let any local Evos know about this. We will need at least 6 Evos to set this up.

The price would be $65 for the dyno runs (includes use of wideband O2).

I also spoke with Dan from Mach V and he may also come down in his Evo to meet some of the members and possibly dyno their Evo.

It also looks like Shiv from Vishnu Performance will be making the journey down to MD with some XEDEs to purchase. He will be offering free dyno tuning for each person who purchases an XEDE that day! If you plan to purchase an XEDE, please notify me so that I can update the list so he knows how many to bring along.

Altered Atmosphere have an AWD Dyno Jet with a nice area for spectators to safely watch as vehicles are dynoed. I can also talk to them about setting some discounts for us while we're down there for those who want to pick up some parts. It'd probably be good to know at least a few days before the event, like Wed of next week or so. As long as we have at least 6 cars we should be good to go. It'd also be a good way for all of us to meet up as well.

It certainly sounds like a good way to spend a Saturday. I could combine it with a visit with my father, who lives practically right around the corner.

I'll have to check my schedule for the 10th. Any idea on the time of day? I'm assuming that afternoon would work best for most?

 

I put 9:30am, but we can work out a time that works for everyone.... maybe 10:30 or 11am?

I am interested for the 24th maybe... buttt...MAY 10th is the IX DULLES EXPO...nobody else registered?!!!! My car has to spend the night there(FRI) and will be there until 10pm on Sat night...

Plus ALTERED Atmosphere is in my backyard
(literally under 1.5 miles away)... they do all my work, so yea, Im as local as it gets...
