hmm, thanks for the suggestions, I hope that I dont run into that problem. I have been with them for just over 8 years, I would hate for them to pull some crap like that.

Yo man sorry to hear 'bout the ride. You don't know me but we got mutual friends. We work at the same place, I drive a LY 03, bought a CRX from Adam. Be careful with that D#@! Gecko...they have spies out at the tracks and don't like tuned cars. They dropped me for JUST BEING DOWN MIR !!! They said they even had pics. !!! I did not even have ANY tickets.
Bastards.....

ps. Can I get what's left of the bumper when you take it off? I'm trying to do some custom itsh with the "Diamond Nose" to make it look like a 7 but in CF...

Yeah you can have the old front, provided they replace it. I will have a good idea today. I ran into some issues with my last adjuster, and I had to fire her from my case.

Ahh thats cool, I didnt know that you knew Adam. I havnt see him in a few days.

ohh man that really sucks bro. Well the first lady did pop my hood, but I am not worried, cause she was completly incompetient. She thought that my FMIC was my radiator, and she reassured me that I dont have to worry about freon leaking out of it.

dont you people relize, most tires that blow apart are not rethreads.. they are mostly newer tires, not kept to the right air pressure..

Well this was a re-tread. The entire tread was sitting its side, intacked, and FYI most re-treads blow due to under inflation....

wow that sucks. my friend used to be an insurance adjuster and she told me that anytime you hit something it is considered an at fault unless it is moving. so if you hit anything tell the insurance company it was rolling across the freeway when you hit it. she also said if you swerve and hit something its still an at fault. gay *** insurance companies its all about money. even if hitting some things is unavoidable.

I wanted to keep everyone updated with what is happening thus far.

I had to fire my first insurance adjuster...she was completely incompetent. A lot of the things that she was saying were so completely off base that I had to talk to her supervisor. She also accused me of racing my car.

So I got a new adjuster, and this new guy was great. I told him what was busted on the car, and he replaced everything.

As of last night I got the car back from ISP, they had to replace the oil pump, and drop the oil pan to inspect the bottom end of the block, so the car is out and running, still dirty as hell since I still have all the oil on the back and sides of the car. I will call C&F today to see when I can bring the car in to get all the bodywork done. I figure that C&F will have the car for several weeks, considering how busy they are currently. So I will probably have the car at the house for a while as I wait for an opening at the body shop.

Once I get it back from C&F I will take some pics of what it looks like all back together.
