East Coast Road Trip 2007

Hey guys every year in february we have an east coast road trip to myrtle beach and last year was awesome, there were 18 DSM's 1 3ksi and 5 EVO's. Its a lot of fun and is open to all cars to join. The dates for this are Feb. 23-25, we set up a hotel every year so that we can stay all in the same place. The drive is a little long but worth it, we pick up more and more people along the way. If you need any information or have any questions let me know.

The starting point is where the furthest person away comes from as of now there are people are coming from jersey, maryland, virginia, north carolina, and south carolina. Some are even comin from georgia but the biggest meeting point is in bel air, maryland.

sure thing as of right now here is what i have put together:
the hotel we are staying at is
Blue Bay Resort
Phone# 843-626-8566
1301 North Withers Dr. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
http://www.bluebayresortmb.com/bluebayresort

The prices have gone up but do not make a reservation until i post again i am going to talk to the group specialist to see if we can get a discount or something but there is all the info you need. I am still working on the itenerary for the weekend but we usually dont end up going by it, but it gives a guidline if we get bored but the resturaunts and pictures times are followed because of the large amount of people.

ok everyone i just talked to the group specialist for the blue bay resort and here are the rates for the weekend:

Double Rooms: These are the better rooms there are ocean view and higher up in the hotel, they are $40 a night. They come with 2 double beds, mini kitchen, tv and personal balcony.

King Jacuzzi Rooms: These are top of the line rooms there but they are all smoking rooms, i talked to the manager of the hotel and was told if you are unhappy with the smell you can get a double room without a problem for $40 a night. These rooms come with 1 king size bed, jacuzzi, mini kitchen, tv and a persol balcony and are all located at the top floor. These rooms are $69 a night.

When you call to book a room tell them you are booking with the party of Matt Ziegler and you will get this rate.

if you like being around people who know what a 6-4 means and you can relate to and have lots of fun, theres nothing like driving down a road completely surrounded by dsm's and evo's last year we had i think 15 or 16 driving on kings highway into myrtle beach you could speed up or slow down and all you see were dsm's and evo,s this is an awesome experience that i think everyone should have. when you get down there you can do whatever you want to you dont have to do anything you dont want to or if you want you can come with the group its all up to you. but we usually go to breakfast lunch and dinner as a group and saturday we take pictures and after that your free to do whatever you want.
