Am i the only one having serious police issues in VA? Ive been here since November and already gotten 5 tickets for various reasons, as to when i lived in cali i never got a single one in 4 years. My recent one (yes i brought it on myself) i was coming home from north carolina and i was going 85 which is a good cruising speed and an acura blows by me and just as i reach to take off my cruise control to not let that happen my rear view was full of colors. why me? why not the acura going 90+?

Because you were more convenient. To get the Acura, the cop would have had to run further ahead... you on the other hand... were pray on a silver platter. Sorry man. It just happens that way sometimes. I hope you're not racking up serious points on your record. That would make your insurance skyrocket.

 

+1 I don't think it's just a VA thing... probably just a import hating cop thing... same things happens in ohio...
when i first got the my turboed lancer, it was 5 tickets in 4 weeks... still didn't have the temp tags off

Its a VA thing..espically on 95 south...there are tons of speed traps....
