So here is my Off Topic story of the day...

So all day today I have had people asking me "So what are you eating for lunch today?" So finally after being asked more times than people asking me to do burn outs.... I decided FINE... I'm going to eat something. I cook a lean pocket in the microwave and come to my office with my lean pocket and a sm can of pears. You know those cans with the "easy pop top"... yeah... whatever. So i try to open my pears and the pull tab thinggy breaks off. Now it may not have been a big deal if it were the first time... but I have a collection in my office of canned fruit with no tabs... so out of pure frustration I grab a pair of scissors and stab the top. Now... I don't remember seeing a "contents under pressure" label.... but there should be.... because let me tell you the 4th of July came early for me. As pears and heavy syrup going flying in slow motion through the air... over my paperwork... my calculator.... my keyboard (which my fingers are sticking to as I'm writing this) oh... oh... and the best part.... allllllll over me. Yep... all over my jeans.. on my new shirt.... over my face... in my hair... remember that scene from something about Mary and the "hair gel" on the ear lobe?? yeah... Imagine that... but all over my face. So my friends.... as flies hoover over me from the sweet smell of syrup... I just wanted to say good night... and don't stab canned fruit with scissors.....
