thanks for the tips hopefully i can order tomorrow i want to go with the grupps ACT clutch and flywheel

NP, I went w/ group s Exedy 4 puck/lighten flywheel combo...I still have to install the braided clutch line....good luck man and just take your time...you'll get it done!

It took me about 100 miles to get use too and its pretty quiet for a four puck until you de-accelarate or let go the throttle going down hilll, I can hear a coffee grinder sound/or probably my DP rattling against something, but most of upgraded clutch make weird sound anyway. Other than that its ok but its alot stiffer than my old stage 1 exedy full disc.

ok i finally got the money up to order the clutch, who can make it next weekend on the first and 2nd, its been shipped out one monday from gruppe-s so i dont think it will take longer than a week.

my friends house, i called isp, he had a good quote but i haven't worked in 3 months (motocycle accident) so i am still kinda trying to make ends meet, but the house is in glen burnie

what did you do as far as the hydraulic line on the transfer case? did you remove the banjo bolt? these 2005-2006 seems to be an extra PITA.
