Philip Rivers was straight FIRED up lastnight. You could tell he was PO'd.

SD simply made costly mistakes and KC capitalized on them. When you play bad, you dont deserve to win. That goes for any team, any time.

Yeah pretty much. Letting Marty Schottenheimer go at the end of '06 was a huge screw up to say the least. You fire a coach after a 14-2 season. Seriously!?

I just think SD needs Bill Cowher or Tony Dungy to come out of retirement.

you dont see the optimism? we held that team to like 150 yards of offense. no one can compete with our D and like someone else said if flacco can get ball out faster and O-line plays well against teams without as good of pass rush as NY then we cant be stopped.

Football Friday bump. Tough game for the Redskins defense. It's early to tell, but Arian Foster looks legit. You crowd the box with 8 and you have the best receiver in the league to worry about over the top in 1 on 1 coverage. Dagger. Nervous. 10 beers before the game is a must.

They (Jets) don't have an offense.

Yes, another year with a nasty defense - can't argue with that!

I don't even know what to say about this Steeler game. Troy is playing out of his mind and this D is just plain nasty.

Poor offense for sure. Defense is holding strong though. Still haven't given up a td in 2 games. (Got to look at the positive after that one)

It was a road game after a monday night against a divisional opponent, and a good team at that. I think teams in that situation have lost like 9 out of the last 10. I'll chalk it up to that, lots of season left.

Refs didn't help though, (had to throw that in there).

2-0 w/o Big Ben is shocking to me.

I blame Zorn. Everything he touches turns to ****. That was an awfully boring game btw.

Lossssssssssss Dallas. Suck it.

What a roller coaster Skins game. Of course they find a way to lose. No running game let's me know it's going to be a long year. NFC East is WIDE open.

Testudo,

Agreed. I said to myself at the beginning of the year when he was molesting females that we would be lucky to get out of it 1-4. So, all is looking good I guess. If we can win next week then I will consider it a very successful 4 game stint. We will need to find more offense then trick plays and Jeff Reeds foot to beat Baltimore, that is for sure.

Sunday night game was awful. They tried to hype up the Manning rivalry so much that the entire game was just a joke. Giants got dominated. Quite a wake up call them I am sure.
