The sad part is I am not even a Patriot Fan,or a Dallas fan.
Thanks For the dap on the close call...As they say close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades.

The Pats did pretty much as I expected, Tom kicked a$$ and spread the ball around to the open receiver. What boggles my mind about the Pats is how they plug people in and they succeed. We had our 3rd string running back in for the majority of the game...Did anybody notice? The defense played relatively well against a great offense, Still the majority of improvement left to be done is on the defensive side of the ball IMO. I want Richard Seymour back.

o, and before vince got hurt, he was 11/14 for 120.... hardly horrible....

and at least we loose to good teams, injuries or not..... ANDERSON DROPS BACK TO PASS, HE PUMPS, HE THROWS... HES GOT EDWARDS WIDE OPEN FOR A 74 YARD TD OVER PROBOWL CB MCCALLISTER!!! WOW WHAT A PLAY...

something to remember this season when it keeps happening... like it did against cinci, and against the browns, and i seem to remember dilfer dropping 2 passes for 60+ (combined)yards on one drive including a td.....

still think the defense can stop the colts or the pats, or even the steelers? not a chance....

so silver, who you rooting for when the playoffs start? wont be able to root for the ravens cause theyll be on the couch same as you

and peter kings mmqb rankings still have the titans up there with the elite teams and the ravens in the middle...

and i was on vacation this week in AC, and the weekend of the titans atl game i was in tenn as i go to all the home games... and it kills me because i end up tired as hell because of my work schedule and flight schedule etc etc. so on weeks for home games i probably wont be on here much because i just dont have the time...

and yea, last week vince looked like ****, but hey thats football. at least we only looked like huge piles of **** on offense for 1 week. dunno what vince's problem was, just looked... bad last week. the problem with vince is, and stats are nice but when vince is playing he just wins (99%) of the time... it may be ugly it may be pretty, but hes a winner... i havent seen someone impact a team with no brand name players on offense the way he has... wierd huh? o well, things happen, we lost to a 4-1 team with pretty good defense, made a game of it and lost on a last second fg...
yes that all is true about the rams injuries but....

did you forget about all the ravens injuries????

3 starting o-lineman - terry, flynn, ogden
2 TE todd heap and wilcox
1st string QB - mcnair
bj sams (even tho figurs is better)
mason and rolle are listed but played
trevor price

come on every one has injuries, and now that mcnair is being sat till nov 11 for three weeks to heal, and most of the o-line if not all will be back after the bye we will see what our offense can do.

we have A HARD *** schedual left but we went 13-3 last year and at the same time now as then we are one game better

the ravens have a legit shot at the playoffs and the only reason why the titans do as well is because they sucked so much pole last year they have an easier schedual. NE, indy, pitt, ect all will not put up those points on the ravens D, those 2ndary problems will be solved before then and i bet B-more is the first to keep NE under 30 points.

so to the rest of a good season cuz i know the ravens are gunna suprise you and a few others, give em till nov 11 game after the bye i think they will show up in the second half of the season

I think the Skins have a good chance at doing it in 2 weeks. They wont win, but I know the defense will show up at least.

You've seen the Patriots, right? I know its the NFL and any team can lose any week, but the Pats don't have a weakness at this point. Until someone exploits some kind of ***** in that armor, they are unflappable.

The weakness of the pats is when Brady is pressured, To beat the Pats Brady will have to be under some serious pressure for 4 qtr's. Don't know who will be able to accomplish that at this point.

ok, so i guess your looking @ the fact that its a moral victory if you hold the pats under 30 points? while u may do it, and ill give you a 2% chance of that happening, when youve shown week in and week out that you cant score any td's on offense, fgs alone will not beat the steelers, pats, colts etc. this was proven last year in the playoffs... mcnair isnt a elite qb anymore and not a chance in hell that you guys run the table the rest of the season and only have 1 loss. yea, your schedule is hard, ill give u that, but the fact is, you guys are battling for the wildcard, and right now, your going to need some offense, lol.

let me remind you silver, the browns put up some numbers on you guys.... THE BROWNS. whos offense is a far cry from the pats offense......... THE BROWNS........

1. moral victory? no im saying ravens and skins are the only teams left that has legit shot a beating them. if either teams offenses show then we will give them a challenge. if not they will be 16-0

2. mcnair isnt the greatest and i would rather have boller but the team can play with either QB and if either play well the rest of the team will fall into palce.

3.wildcard? pitt aint that good they havnt played any hard teams yet either so time will tell when we play them in a few weeks.

4. the browns have put those numbers on almost every team they have played. hell if they play NE they will probably do the same thing so that is not a legit point.
they are ranked 11 this week on some rankings ahead of Tenn. and doo doo young

if you even watched or cared about football as much as u let on, then you would have already realized that the browns and pats did play each other already and the browns hung up 17 i believe. while also allowing 34....

SO i give the ravens either the same points (17), or 10....

and the redskins and ravens are the only teams left with a legit shot @ beating the pats? so the colts dont have a chance either? wow bro, stop being a MD homer...christ...

"if either play well" <--- neither has shown they can even do that.....

rankings arent everything, stop taking a page out of my book. tenn doesnt need huge offensive numbers, we have vince, and he just wins... (most of the time)

wildcard is right. either pitt or cleveland will win the division. pitt doesnt have a very hard schedule, and that benefits them greatly. the ravens could tie with the browns but then need to win every tie break from here on out to have a chance there. on top of that, granted it is early, almost every team in the afc is still fighting for 1 of the 2 spots, so the ravens need to kick it in gear... like now

ok ill admit i was finally "told" on this post. i forgot they played the browns but still the browns put up 17 points on NE so i would say they are a pretty goood team this year. even w/o jamal they put up big numbers this week. as far as Indy i forgot they play then in a few weeks as well. i worte that w/o looking NE's schedual up so maybe i should next time.

as far as "rankings arent everything, stop taking a page out of my book. tenn doesnt need huge offensive numbers, we have vince, and he just wins... (most of the time)"... the reason i tell you the rankings is becasue you love them and the numbers so much, now that they arent in your favor you saying they dont matter so confused??? which one is it?

finally tennesee is 3-2?? how the hell does Vince win "most of the time" .600 win percentage isnt most of the time... at least its above 500 which is good for now i guess

so i apoligize for the wrong info in my previous post... as always time will tell to see where both teams go... any given sunday baby thats what makes this sport great...

You guys sound like 2 kids comparing the size of your d!cks. Grow up!!

And secondly, how can you compare a team that hasn't won anything of late. The Titans, come on. V. Young wins the last few games of last year and your hopping on his lap like he's the next Elway. Get real.

Make the playoffs this year in the AFC and then start talking ****. Right now the Titans would be out of the playoffs if the season started today (i know they have played 5 games).

Ravens would be 6th and final spot and they have played like crap. Looking at the ravens second 1/2 schedule, it appears they would have to make a total 360 to make the playoffs after there bye week. Who knows.
