I personally just like getting ravens fans fired up...because they make fools out of themselves most of the time. There are very few level-headed ravens fans...and thats a reason why im not a ravens fan.
You are a funny guy. I have said none of the things you said, not even close. I have admitted many times in the past when the Ravens have done poorly and where they need to get better. Just because I actually defend my team when somebody talks trash on them dosn't mean I think they are perfection. I do love my team (isn't that what a good fan is?) and believe that they are putting together what will be a superbowl winning team. Anybody who has kept up with this thread will know who is making a fool out of themselves........

You just can't help but to laugh! I have my own opinion but what do you guys think about opposing fans in Philly, so far 99% of people I ask agree that Philly is the most hostile place to watch a game in person.. Being as though I am a die hard eagles fan from Philadelphia I wanted an outside consensus of what everyone else thinks

Whats even worse is that they were even throwing them at the players during the entire game..

+1 best of luck! Do to them what we did last year

Right, man philly fans are brutal. They'll "boo" their team if they don't go for it on 4th down or don't get a 1st down... crazy **** like that. I mean come on, philly has a pretty good team... show em alittle support. That vid is funny and sad at the same time. Good thing the San Francisco fans had their helmets on

**** is getting rediculous in here, can't we all have some constructive criticism in here? All of us Ravens fans are always joking around with the squealers fans then one of your pissburg fans get their feelings hurt and have to come in here with the 6 ring bull**** trying to prove something once again. At least we all admit when our team does bad and does not think we are the almighty because we've won superbowls.

Agreed, Philly is the worst fans to be around for opposing team and even their own team itself. They have thrown snowballs at Santa for crying out loud!!

I have lived in Philly (for 8-9yrs) and been to sporting events in alot of places and without a doubt philly is the worst. The fans aren't obnoxious like steelers fans, just very passionate and mean... to their own team just as much as the visiting team and fans.

now that being said I have been to a couple eagles/ravens games and had a great time. My friends at the time begged me not to wear my jersey and warned of the repercussions. The tailgate was alittle scary, so I stayed mostly to my area/friends. The game though was a different story. there was some fairly good hearted ribbing and by the end of the game myself and the guys that were mouthing off were buying each other beers.

then again it was an out of conference game. If I were a giants or cowboys fan I wouldn't think of wearing a jersey.

I have stories from other events as well. such as my friends pregnant wife being threatened and a swung took at in the girls bathroom for wearing a Lindros rangers jersey.

philly fans can be bad

You got lucky - they have some SERIOUSLY MEAN peeps there, some sections are better than others, but....

AL, AFC get a little slack, but again, you're playing the odds!

Wow, you don't even give an hour before claiming that we're shut up! No, I will admit it, its time to take our licks. That was disgusting and I listened to it instead of watched it (glad of it now). Unbelievable! We left at least 14pts on the field due to penalties and fumbles, and gave them at least 10 from the same. We did not deserve to win that game playing like that. What a let down with so many chances to win it. Right down to the last mins. Oh well, playoff hopes swirling down the bowl (most likely)..........

I was at the game, and it was a good one, but Lonnie is correct in saying the Ravens had the opportunity to win the game but just came up short. A few plays could have gone either way, but the one that was extremely costly was the clear touchdown drop by Mason (i believe). Another thing, since I didn't watch the game on TV I couldn't hear what happened, what the heck happened with the other Mason drop, it looked pretty close to a fumble to me but no challenge, Tomlin threw the flag but I guess they said it wasn't reviewable, anyone hear why?

It honestly could have gone either way, but I can't say I am sorry to see the Ravens lose. You are still fine for the playoffs, but Oakland is a reasonably good team, so hopefully B-More takes this as a kick in the *** and takes it to them next week. Honestly I hope that both the Steelers and Ravens make it in, games like this make me appreciate the NFL more and more (I am a college football guy).

I will be anxiously awaiting to see how the crazy wreck called the AFC Playoff picture unfolds.
