If you think its bad for you, try having a yellow evo where everyone and their mother can see me. Just look over at them shake your head and continue driving.
Or my favorite, call 911 and say you are driving in the same direction as an aggressive driver who is trying to race me, cutting people off and almost causing accidents, and an officer needs to respond and pull this guy over because he is going to kill someone and you will continue to go in the same direction as the suspect vehicle until you have an officer respond...

^idk but I bet that if that happened within 3 mins I'd be pulled saying that someone called saying I was trying to streetrace. You know that's why we put those huge wings on the back of our cars and have large (stock) exhausts

lots of kids around have big heads about their cars...
they all talk like they are 10 second cars until you tell them you wanna race money....they dont talk so much then
it just gets annoying you cant go out somewhere(unless its like an all evo event or something) without people talking about how much faster they think their cars are. or everyone always has a "friend" with a faster car

It happens A LOT!!! Get used to it. The other day I had an Acura try to run me from a 30 mph roll. I did something stupid.. you see.. I own an Accord for my DD and I love that car for it's reliability and roominess; so I decided to be nice and give him is roll.... FROM 4TH GEAR! Well yeah, since I was so nice, it tooke me a second to pull away... though I obviously still did. Walked him up to the speed limit and let off. At the next light, he pulls up to me and asks me numbers and says how he loves the Evo and wishes he could get one. I told him that he has a pretty nice set up on the Acura as well and that he seemed to pull pretty nicely. Man did his ego get pumped 
Point is, not ALL the guys out there that rev you are asshats. Some really just want to get walked by an Evo so they can experience it first hand. And some must love the run... with whomever, whenever and for whatever.

i say it like this. yeah your civic might be fast today but tomorrow it will have something wrong with it. Thats how all these civic owners are. they talk trash. they wish they could afford( i mean their mommy and daddies could) our car but they cant. so all they have left is to buy some used beat up junker, put a wing, and some stickers on it and want to race.
For me its usually muscle cars.
An STI Kept messing with me this past Sunday until I put 4 cars on him in a very short amount of time while still staying around the speed limit. lol

I get it all the time. As long as the car is somewhat respectable and there is no traffic, ill give them their run. If it is just some riced out car it is never worth it. I once had a turbo TC roll up on me on the highway and it kept blowing off at me and i was just minding my own business. After a while i just downshifted and then he honked and i put like 3 cars on him within 2 gears.
