I was the guy in the red truck up at DTM the day he sold me his bumper, he took me for a ride in his Evo and he was a straight out nice guy man this is horrible news man...

He told me of his plans to open his business up an everything

i just watched the new report that greg posted and i am at a complete loss! I was about brought to tears where I saw the wreckage. I can't beleive it. He had been at the shop shootin the **** with us and doing some stuff on the car just a little over a week ago.

This is a tragic loss. I just don't know what else to say.

 

Wow. Just got a call from a friend about this. Dave was a extremely nice guy. My thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family.

I know man, I was helping him with all of the formalities and paper work. He didn't know how to get started so he sat down with a note pad and just listened....

He fixed my computer in the front office too, he made fun of me for having such a piece of crap and then said the computer was fine, it was me that was retarded for not setting it up correctly. I got back at him when he complained about not liking the megan coilovers and I got to call him retarded for installing them wrong. I took care of it and we called a truce.

Damn we're going to miss you dude.

 

Yea, i hear ya Marti. It was like 2-3 weeks ago i was stopping by DTM and he was there. I asked him to take me for a ride in the car and he just handed me the keys and said go drive it. I was like, Damn.

I cant believe this happened, such a shame this had to happen to such a nice person

I had just recieved word on friday that the resume I had forwarded for him got him hired.

so blinding bright was his future...

when I saw the wreckage photos I just though to myself... Oh David!!!

I'm sure he is in a good place now.
