I need tires

Hello everyone. I have to replace the stock tires on my IX and I'm going to an all season performance tire. I don't need them to be silly sticky like the stock ones but want something decent and affordable. Any ideas on a good store in the area?

I got the contis sportcontact 2s, I think that is a great tire. I am in Florida so i'm not sure if it is an all season tire though. It is great for dry and wet roads and it comes for a great price.

+1 on anything Potenza. I did go with the Kumho's though. They're priced really well for what you get. And it's not really all that bad. I can break them loose though without too much effort but I'm okay with that. I'd definitely suggest the Potenza pole positions for the all season and the Potenza RE-01 R's for the summer stickies.

Pirelli Pzero Nero M+S are fantastic all seasons. They have a summer tire tread pattern but are rated all season.

Surprisingly the GLI came with Potenza's...but did you know they are $166 each on TireRack...I went with the Kumho Ecstas (which are the same as Ahmad/P*rry/Ben/etc.) and they were $80.00... 2 sets of Kumho's for 1 set of Potenza's.

I threw out a perfectly good set of Kumho Ecstas because they had zero rain traction. They were replaced with the Pirellia Pzero Neros. Unfortunately I learned my lesson - you get what you pay for.

I don't know .. mine aren't treating me that badly. I've driven them in rain multiple times already as well as at least one snow fall. And as some may know, I don't exactly slow down excesively for turns. But I will say this, if you're running them right after your stocks on dry, you may feel like they're worse than they really are. Then again, they're not 200 bucks a piece.

Look at the new BF Goodrich g force Super Sport A/S. On special at the Tire Rack. I've been running them for a couple weeks now, through a big mix of winter weather. Its a very capable tire and feels solid and very responsive. On dry it feels as good as the summer high performance tires I've run.

Check out the Continental Conti Extreme Contact. They are a high performance all season tire. I am looking at these for my MazdaSpeed 3 to replace the piece of crap Potenzas that came with the car.
