There are two AWD dynos in the Hampton Roads area. I would suggest All Aspects, the other place is Dyno Inc. (although they seem to have a bad rep.). All Aspects site is http://all-aspects-motorsports.com/index.htm . Kienen (at all aspects) does good work, but I am not sure how familiar he is with tuning an evo, if that is what you are going there for. Also if it matters All Aspects has a Dyno-Jet, and Dyno Inc has a Mustang Dyno.

I would highly recommend All Aspects Motorsports. I do my own tuning, but Kienen has done many a DSM before and much other good work. Shoot me a PM or AIM and I can give you some more details.
