DAMN!! I am finally here in No. VA!!! 2,700 miles over 3 days can really kick your ***...
My best mileage was 300 miles on 12 gals (I am too tired to calculate that...)
NO SPEEDING TICKETS even though I averaged about 80 the entire way.
I figure the top speed claim of 160 is valid considering how easily I reached 140 in New Mexico. Also, the car sticks like glue at speed. I guess the rear wing does work.
I drove through the craziest rain I have ever been in today in Tennessee and, except for a couple of big areas of standing water, there was no drama with the Advan A-046s. They work very well in the rain.
Anyhow, back on topic, I might make that meet on the 23rd...

yeah no problem its on aug 23rd, we're meeting here in the local area, and then driving all down together, we haven't confirmed local meeting area, but also reccommend bringing FSR 2 way radio to keep in touch while convoying. time is 1200 PM (noon) again trying to find a reasonable place to meet up

a few things about this.. #1... who else is down for a meet at TYSONS either 1 or 2 to convoy down there... since 66 is right here i figure some of u would b down.... #2.... i say on this day.... we find out which of us has the fastest local evo =P... #3... who is willing to sacrifice getting a ticket for those of us that just CAN NOT get pulled over =P

How long is the meet: We are planning to meet around 11am, you can hang around as long as you want. And the convoying down to skyline drive to take the evos through some turns
