Lucky (and funny) story
I got out of a 100+ ticket one time. after about 20 mins of them giving me the your going to jail and towing your car speach they just said, you can go, but if we see you again..... I was pretty certin they were blowing smoke up my *** about taking me to jail but i figured they'd give me some kind of ticket.

20 over the limit here in VA is enought for the judge to put you in jail.
In PA, the police liked to follow you around at night if you had a brightly colored import...I had an ITR... I got followed about once or twice a month. One time I was followed for so long, after about 10 minutes of him pacing me turn for turn, I just pulled over to the side of the road. He continued by me slowly...scowling at me the whole time... huhu!
