yea listen to chad, he made it all look so easy when he did my o2 install. he had that thing ripped apart and put back together so quick

removing the whole turbo setup for an o2 housing yes remove the radiator, the manifold...no

I did it without removing the radiator, but I pulled it out pretty slow with a big prybar. Looking back I would have definitely taken the little bit of extra time to take it out just to be safe. It doesn't take much to screw up a radiator.

i remove the rad, pop the manifold off, then i split the turbo by the vband on the car and remove the hotside and o2 housing
