Sup guys, I'll be moving out to the east coast and I'm wondering if there are any mod friendly dealers near DC- tyson's corner, quantico area...? If anyone knows of any pm me and let me know. I'm out in Cali right now and emission restrictions are crappy and it really puts a strain on modding. I'm not trying to power mod my Evo yet, but I want to make sure if I visit a dealership I choose a mod friendly one so I don't get the third degree on a CF Front lip or something like that.
