I would say, you are not trying hard enough,LOL.

CBRD (Chad) has always sent me back messages,emails,PM's. And shoot, I still haven't bought the damn turbo from him yet.

Worst case, you can always get a tactrix cable and e-mail tune, or even self tune.

CBRD or Kreionic is the way to go.

I believe Driveline has them on sale right now for the X. I was looking at them for my car the other day. Really expensive but they look great on a IX and especially a X.

Yeah I left messages for CBRD for weeks with only one attempt of theirs at a callback and I missed it. No idea why I got such poor responsiveness but it made me decide to avoid going there for a tune. Sucks because I don't know anywhere else to go but if that's how they want to treat me then my money will stay in my pocket. I need to learn to do this on my own anyway hehe.

CBRD is a small company that tunes a massive ammount of cars and has probably the best reputation of any tuner...If that stops you from gettin a tune its your loss. Ive done business with them once and ill drive the 5 + hours each way anytime i need / want a retune.
