First time, I would suggest Richmond Dragway. You'll get more run and it'll be easier for both the driver and the car. VMP's track is just so grippy, it's actually harder to launch. Have you practice launching yet? Do you know how the lights at the drag work?

For the power that your car is putting down, I suggest you bring a helmet. Richmond Dragway requires a helmet for 13.99 or faster and VMP for 12.99 or faster.

i ran a 13.3, my car was maxing out the maf so it was hitting the fuel cut every run and throughout every gear. so i couldnt run all out. Once i get a bigger maf housing and get it retune i'll go to the track again.

Sounds like your tuner did not stop raising the boost before your maf hit 5V, if he did then you should not have an issue with the maf and you should be able to do a clean pass at the track. Did he do a road tune? How are you controlling your boost?

it was dyno tuned, during the tune the maf came close to maxing out it was at 4.95v, so im guessing with the cooler air it was maxing out. im using the stock boost solenoid i know i need to upgrade this to a 3port solenoid

Colder air should only be an issue if your using mbc or if your tuner did not properly adjusted your boost tables. The good thing about using ecu to control boost is, it's ability to compensate for temp change. That's what the boost error correction table is for, it should not matter if it's cold or warm. But stock ecu is only as good as your tuner .
