Anyone with valve spring compressor tool
And i heard the one from autozone is junk and wont work correctly unless i was misinformed
the autozone one will work if you pull the head, and make a custom "tool". Basically we took a 3/8" deepwell, cut out two chunks so that we could get tools in it, and it worked.
think the part new only costs like 50 bucks.

Just buy that and your done. I know we had one at LaScuola when I worked there, tool is awesome and definitely worth the money.
Either way your also going to need a leak-down tester to be able to apply air pressure to the cylinders so the valves don't fall.
