Well It's been a while and I want to have another one and I need help from everyone. Ideas for a location. Vendors way want to advertise and have raffles for prizes. ect.

I want a central location in the state of Maryland that way people in the Delmarva area can come. I also need there to be restrooms available, as well as trash cans. I'm open to all ideas. I will take care of getting permission from local law enforcement so we don't worry about getting kicked out.

This is in the infant stages so not much is planned yet. I'm also trying to see if there is any interest in something like this.

Please post this on any other forums where their members would be interested and responsible while attending this event.

 

id be interested in something like this depending how deep into MD it is. keep me posted on ideas and dates. plenty of evo guys around me (philly/DC) that would want to go im sure.

Yeah it's going to definitely be on a Sunday in the spring maybe early summer.

Working on venue options and trying to find other event schedules to make sure major events don't fall on a date for this meet

 

yea just know that OC car show is June 11-12 thats the only major event thats been release thus far. the event/cruise i am trying to do will be between Jul 1-3, the weekend before July 4.
maybe May time-frame. if you need any help setting it up just let me know. me and my crew would love to help

 

dont know if it applies to many people in here but waterfest up at english town is another event around that summer time frame to keep in mind. either way I would be down to roll sounds like fun, just thinking of cars and warm weather....
