I would go with CBRD or Atlantic Motorsports as well. Try going to a shop that has its hand in a few different styles of racing. Both of these shops have cars that compete in drag, auto-cross, etc. so you have a few types of tunes to choose from.
One thing about getting tuned though, I would not recommend going to a shop and telling them that you have to hit some magical horsepower number. Get tuned for your driving habits and not some dyno-queen number.

Agile IS good...Hill, their tuner, LOVES the Cobb (they are the only authorized Cobb dealer in Maryland....that statement from Cobb says alot). Andrewtech is also very good and is Agile's competition. I'd personally rather go to Andrewtech (they are real tight with TurboXS guys and a few other big names) but Agile is better with Cobb. I'm new to Mitsus so I don't have any experience with CBRD, but Andrewtech and Agile BOTH tune Evos and Subys and both have near god-like status among the local Subaru crowd and on Nasioc. That should count for something.
