Hey folks, I'm in search of a fabricator experienced with track car builds in the Northern VA area. Not necessarily for a particular job right now but just for use in the future (I do have some small work I need help with right now but it's minor). I need someone who can tackle general construction tasks like ducting, fuel cell installs, frame reinforcement, roll cages, etc... you know, typical track car work. Hopefully someone can share a contact that comes with good recommendations.

I've been working mainly with Piper Motorsports but I'm done with Mitch there. I'm unhappy with some (not all) of the expensive work he's done for me and our inability to resolve the issues and so am done with them. Not looking at dragging him and his shop through the dirt right now and am just saying I don't need recommendations to use him. If someone's interested in my experiences please PM me rather than ask here. I think Mitch is the right guy for some people, just not for my needs.

I know Mike Gerber over at Mach V and he's good to work with, but they're fairly busy these days and while I'll work with him in the future I need other options to keep my car progressing.

Have you looked at IAG in MD?

 

I haven't but will consider them in the future as a couple other people on other forums have recommended them as well. Thank you for the suggestion!
