motor build

Hi i'm in MD, anyone have suggestions which shop i should get my motor build?? the only shop i know is CBRD in PA.

I live in bel air and went three this same question last year. Went with Jackson auto machine. Super nice guys and they work with cbrd. Had a 2.3 built there. Was gonna go with buschar but with shipping etc i went with jam. Was nice to be abl to stop by and see progress etc. give them a call.

They built my motor lascola put it in and chad tuned it lol

I would be very careful having multi shop involve in the built,
as it dimineshed accountability just in case something wrong happen.

Well on mine lascola pulled and put new motor in. Jackson built motor and after everything was done I had chad tune the car

Yep,
Go with CBRD as first choice. The shop and thier knowledge is worth the trip into PA.
AMS is ok to work with in my expereince too. I go the extra miles to CBRD tho.

i've heard mixed reviews about JAM though, that's why i'm kinda wary.

I talked with Lonnie, he's a great guy.

The only other shop I've heard about that hasn't been mentioned is PTuning. But they aren't Evo specific.
