You are reading this email because you have signed up for the NASA
Mid-Atlantic autocross on August 26th, 2012 at Virginia Motorsports
Park.
Thanks in advance!! So far the weather forecast looks decent but pretty warm, again!

First things first, please make sure you are on the entry list and
reply ASAP with any updates:

The tentative schedule is:

Gates open @ 8am
Reg & tech open @ 10am (pre-registered people can check in upon arrival)
Course walk @ 10:45am
Drivers meeting @ 11:15am
Heat 1 @ 12:00pm (heat 2 drivers work) (*6 runs each!)
Heat 2 @ est 2:00pm (heat 1 drivers work) (*6 runs each!)
*There will NOT be a third heat due to lack of entries but we are going to try to
do some fun-runs to make up the time.**
Gates close @ 6:00pm no matter what!

Course design will be tentatively handled by Chris Duncan.
Pre-registration is now closed but we will have 20 spots
available for walk-up entries ($40mem/$45non), first come first serve
at 10am. **We are now also taking credit cards for at site registration
to make things easier!**

Everyone on site will need to sign the waiver and get a wristband
are not allowed ā although drivers may invite guests. Passenger policy
is TBA at the drivers meeting.
