Hi,

I have 20% tint all around and failed inspection twice. the inspection dude told me about the tint waiver form but i need it signed by an eye doctor. i went to my eye doctor but shes not willing to sign it. so wondering if anybody konw any 'places' that can signt the form? i can pay for that.

or any ideas on how to pass inspection with the tint? i have DE tag btw. appreciate any helps

They got pretty strict on those forms, so most docs won't sign unless you really have a medical reason. Since DE allows you to buy two years of reg/inspection at a time (or more if car is less than 3 years old), I just pull the tint, inspect, and have it put back on every other year.
