Evo 8 Tuners in Virginia Beach

Hey guys I know this is already a topic, but I can't seem to find a tuner somewhat close to me.
Looking for a good tuner for an evo 8 factory ecu.

what about Moore? I thought they were down in the Virginia area and have heard good things about them.
