I hope I don't have any problems with warranty claims and such. But they did treat me very well throughout the purchasing of the car.
I have always had bad service from them before. Went there many times and they never treated me as a customer. bought 3 GTI's, passat and an EVO from someone else can you just imagine how much money they lost from one customer.
I bought an RS from stohlman, I had no idea they had a bad rap on the service end. They actually gave me a great intrest rate and a great deal. On one else would have gave me the deal they gave me...I hope i never experience the bad side over there. I hope things get better
like we said before the sales guys, i talked to even tried to talk to gary (service manger), but they said it was to no resolve, stohlman salesmen are not the issue, its the service dept.
Funny... I went to stohlman when I was looking to buy my Evo and they treated me like some 16 year old tire kicker.
Had the same sales rep (Ariel). They ****ing told me I needed 10K down before I could even think of buying an Evo from them.
A week later I had an Evo from Malloy, at a better price.

stohlamn sucks so does sheehy, its funny how you buy the car and it seems like they are your best friend and they tell you how you should always go back to them if you have a problem with the car and how they have a top of the line service dept, but once you buy the car, no one gives a damn anymore nor cares to fix your car, whats funnier is that the GM of these dealerships are so stupid and powerless that they dont even know how much business they are loosing because of their front line poeple and their rudness but I do think however that they pick as****** as their front line poeple on purpose, I have a 690HP 03 cobra and anytime I go to ford in fairfax they actually come out take a look at the car call everyone to come check out all the aftermarket stuff on it and compliment me on the great job done with the car and then still fixes it without questioning it since it has less than 10k on it, if mitsu did the same they would not be struggling financially cause poeple would actually have peace of mind when buying a car... on a final note to all those ******** sales poeple or service reps." what goes around comes around..."
