I've been talking to Chris at Schaumburg Mitsubishi.
I'm looking to trade in a 1999 Tahoe with hi miles (paid off) towards a 2004/2005 Evo in Silver.
And suggestions on dealers who try to make good offers on trades?

The Sycamore/DeKalb (Jim Felts) service department treated my very well, I can't speak to their sales side as I had no dealings with them. It's far from the city but it may be a reasonable distance from you.
I would stay as far away as possible from any of the three Max Madsen dealerships. I had very poor personal experiences with the Downers Grove and Aurora stores. I can only assume the Countryside store has a similar attitude, even if they don't, it's the same ownership.
And of course GET EVERTHING IN WRITING REGARDING YOUR DEAL/CAR FOR BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED AND DO YOUR RESEARCH HERE ON EVOM AND ELSEWHERE EVEN MORESO WITH MITSUBISHI THAN OTHER MAKES
