mechanic in milwaukee

hi region! i just wanted to let people in my area of a very resonable and reliable mechanic in the milwaukee area. he works out of his garage in greenfield. he did a vishnu exhaust and an exedytwin-plate clutch for me w/ no probs. he also did a tranny removal/clutch replacement on my gvr4. he goes by the moniker of 440 4X4 on this forum. great hourly rate and honest. his name is jeff.

$360, but they took their time. next install would go quicker, $40/hr rate!

Wow... that's a pretty good rate. I might have to hit him up sometime when I pick up a new clutch. As long as he doesn't take months and months to fix it unlike a certain Milwaukee shop.... (Beeyond Engineering).

Wow, 360 for a clutch install. Not bad, hell of a lot better price than AMS, and you are local.

440 aren't you part of the 3si club here?

And yes, I'm on 3si and W3si. Started all this a few years ago with the Stealth's / 3000's and have branched out to the EVO's.

Do I know you from 3si?
I don't think you know me but PM me with your phone number and I'll give you a call when the clutch needs to be done.

hey kid watch what you post. beeyond wasn't responsible for the work that your GENERAL mechanic initially screwed up on or was the work done by yourself in your backyard. You know your 97 Prelude SC was JUNK when you brought it to beeyond. It barely started and couldn't even drive a block.... so many problems!!! You better be glad your car is even done to this date. A mess like what you had would've never been fixed by most any shop in WI....You should be blessed that you brought your mess to my guy's shop/Beeyond Eng.... SC install was garbage by 1st and 2nd mechanic you had do for you. All wirings were mislead and crawled up and down everywhere. Sensors weren't even plugged correctly!!! MAP didn't even work to get the AEM EMS running properly not even to mention the WRONG parts from the guy you bought the SC from... So many parts had to be ordered straight from JRSC....OMFG and not to mention more and more and more things wrong..list goes on and you know that too...Bee even called you and notified you!!!...yes so it did take long due to you and your illegitmate decisions in having GENERAL mechanics and yourself trying to ghetto rig the setup....YEs I am a technician for Beeyond Engineering and yes I did assist in getting your car running to good standards!!! Just be glad you had us do it...try other shops and you will really know!!!

"WI 1/4mile FWD Record Holder" yes street and full race!!!!

Oh please, not with the "all these problems" excuse. Aren't you guys supposed to be Honda experts when it comes to engines... I know you certainly spout off about it a lot on your website, hence the reason I brought that car to you guys in the first place. You do realize it was 2 months before you even took one look at the car from the date I left it off at your shop right? You also realize it took a nasty email/call from me to get you guys to even pay some attention to it too. And, you know it was 10 months from the date I left it there to when I was able to drive it again, and I did pay that $3400 bill in cash. The mechanic was an idiot, I admit, but I never did any work on the car myself. It's called bad business practices when you accept a car and don't even get to work on it for 2 months. And then... half-way through, you want payment before the job is completed or you wouldn't touch anything else on the car. Luckily, someone talked some sense into Bee to realize he should finish a job before asking for X amount of dollars because he's afraid someone wouldn't pay him??? You guys make it sound like he did some kind of personal service for me. If it was for extra parts he needed to buy, I probably wouldn't mind, but for labor already?... Nuh uh!

Anyways, brag all you want about your cars... but you made a real bad reputation for yourself by your business practices. Don't make me pull out the long laundry list of dis-satisfied customers.

i think that i would be first on that laundry list of dissatisfied customers!!

TO ANYONE that reads or views this...I urge you...DO NOT take your vehicle to BEEYOND ENGINEERING!! I have spent and lost thousands of dollars because of this place. I have taken a car to be tuned by this establishment as well as taken other vehicles to have basic work done here.

Go ahead...feel free to take it in...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Save yourself the headache, heartache and hit to your wallet.

Not only has this place pissed me off so much from just losing money and messing up my vehicles even more...but i have made it my mission to make sure that everyone knows that Beeyond Engineering is Beeyond Fixing! MayBee somone there needs to hire NEW help...CLEAN HOUSE!

No one likes BEEing ripped off.
