I am going to be on Hwy 100 saturday, around 7:00 or 8:00 at night any lancers or any one in the area looking for something to do, maybe we could just have a little get-together, or something and check out some rides. anyways let mek now if any one would maybe be out there saturday nite, so i would know what cars to look for. i will be in a 2004 Evo VIII (black), more than likely cruising around with a orange pearl painted dodge avenger and a yellow cavalier with black vinyl. but flag me down if any one from here will be there.

 

There are 3 events this weekend... BBQ in St Charles... BBQ in Schaumburg at Busse Woods,.. Track Day at Great Lakes! I guess summer is really coming .. finally!!

 

Are all of them in Illinois? i've never heard of them. Again like i said i am new to the forum, i dont know if i would drive too far

 

They are.. but it is on the north side , so not downtown on is in St. Charles, one is in Schaumburg off the arlington heights exit on I-90 .. The track day would be closer to you .. there is a thread for it in this section if you need directions..

 

2 Autocrosses in Wisconsin this weekend also.

 

Quite a few of us sit on Hwy 100 and national at Midnight tuning. Come by say hi and what not, we usually have beverages there.

 

not to get this off topic...but I talked to one of the guys at midnight tuning about a month and a half ago about them getting a 4 wheel dyno...do you know what is going on with that?

Well I just got done talking with them, and it seems that there is a good chance that they will be getting one. I won't see a definate yes or no, just that it is in the works as of now. The shop will be moving also to they will be able to do installs.

 

for an upper I/C piping what would people rather get, Injen or HKS, i am looking at the HKS SSQV BOV. along with the re-circulation kit. but what would everyone recommend HKS or Injen?

 

Hwy 100 is so shady Ive been busted there and dont go anymore cause cops are dicks and there are soooooo many of them. I'll probably hit it up a few times this summer but I will just chill and not go fast at all.
