What do you guys recommend? Any place up there we can stage some shots and not have to worry about blocking traffic or being in anyone's way? I'd like to shoot somewhere where the background is not too cluttered, yet is complementary to the shots/colors of the cars. Unfortunately - I have no idea about Cleveland nor its scenic possibilities.
Just having a look through the Show & Shine section, I see a lot of parking garages and some nice shots in a gravel yard/concrete mixing facility (if that is what it is?). Someone also mentioned a hangar - thats cool too - anything around an airport usually will have plenty of space that we could do a lot of interesting shots. Downtown would be great also. Lot of options. Just a matter of time of day and location.
More or less, I am interested in what you guys have in mind - if you were to put yourself in the position of a client seeking photography - what would you want out of your shoot?
Thanks for the opportunity - I am greatly looking forward to this.

Some of these other guys might have a better idea of where to go... I've been looking around when I have time for some good photo opportunities. The Metro Park area is really nice with forrest on each side of the street, but I'm not sure how many cars we could get in a good spot and such.
Anyone know of some good spots?
Here are a couple I took of my car in the Metro Park area, on a horse trail.

It's a nice area but probably illegale to drive a car onto the horse path (shhhh) and it would be really difficult to get some cars next to each other and such.
Here is the area... you can see all the woods smack in the middle of the page...

Just an idea. There are probably better places but I just moved to the area and don't really know of any else... plus if we want to keep our cars clean, maybe we should stick to the tarmac.
PS - Maybe a new thread would be a good idea. Hashiriya, you want to do the honors?

I used to go to U of akron. My friends all are up there so I'm usually there a few times a week.
I started a new thread to discuss photoshoots here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...03#post2807203
I hope that we can continue to discuss it there.
thanks.
