I actually did pretty bad. I did not post any time attack times. My 4th practice lap at the track would have had me a solid 2nd place finish, but on the first lap of time attack session I had boost issues and did not post any times. When I came off and started working on the car they ran 2nd time attack session right after the first one (because of rain coming in) and so I did not get enough time for any repairs.
Practice runs were great, and with more aero on the front and AD08 tires I'm confident I had a shot at 1st place.

I'm very upset about the outcome, but it's too late to do anything about it.

 

sorry to hear. What kind of issues were you having, not making boost or making too much? I just replaced my forge unos controller with one of the BR units. For some reason the unos **** the bed and wouldn't let me run anymore than 20psi

 

Thinking about heading out to 42 this friday for test and tune - anyone interested in going?

 

T3 Turbo to manifold gasket was crapping out on me.

Yes the one down by Cinemark, I think you have been there before. If you have time, you should stop by tomorrow, every Thursday there is a car meet (pretty decent turn out), I don't know what that group is all about, but they do get parking lot filled with cars.

For Mid-Ohio which group did you sign up for? I'm planning on being there running TTS, if not then just group 4. I'm also buying tires right now, my Re-01R have had enough. I'm going for the new AD08, supposedly the best street tire on the market

 

Valley view - some forced4s car club crap. Parking lot is full - mostly subies, seems like its the new "lersoc" but with younger kids more interested in having slammed 18s instead of going fast. Let us know if you are heading out to it.

I sometimes go to it. I have the white IX on bronze Rota SVN's and baby APR mirrors. Anyway, it's a pretty decent time. Sure, I can take or leave 90% of the people there, but I go with a few friends, check out the cars, and roll when I'm ready. It's worth checking out at least once. Last week there was a race-prepped Cosworth Escort there - one of my all-time favorite cars! That was pretty cool to see.

I will actually be at the theater tonight, but I don't know if I'll make it over to the gathering. It's certainly nothing I need to be at every week, but then again I'm not a huge car club or GTG guy....
