Hey guys, I tried searching this thread for Kent State but there are 45 pages so that is pretty outrageous. I live in NY but I goto school and play hockey here, just wondering how close some of you guys are. I don't really know the area that well, I've been to Cleveland and Youngstown but thats about it. I remember seeing a white evo 8 at the rink here a few months ago just wondering if it was anyone on the board.

 

Well in one way i hate it cause it put me more in debt than i was before when the dealership bought it and seen it and i said i had to have it but then in a way im happy lol.

 

spotted a silver evo on columbia by mastick at 7:30ish, was down in my car at the apartments there..

Isn't there Cleveland Evo Club web site? Or something where just Cleveland crowd hangs out??? Where they would have WTB/WTS/WTT sections etc.?? I'm going to need a lot of things, but hate to wait and pay for shipping and so on.

Even if there isn't one, maybe we should start one, what do you think? or

 

The official club is NOLC (Northern Ohio Lancer Club), but participation and club events are scarce, and I don't know of an official website. Parts are usually bought and sold via word-of-mouth, and usually things move pretty fast.

We also post at the local Subaru forum - www.lersoc.com. There's a for sale section there.

Well right now in particular nothing, but like before I needed a wheel. And I was thinkg of buying slightly used bolt ons, to gain some power for right now. I'm actually looking for exhaust system....


By the way do you know if HKS's high power is with angled catback and is it a good system anyway?

 

get the buschur setup I got theirs and im damn happy how it sounds.

 

I went to see Matt at slick, and I didn't like it. I saw a blue evo there and it was too loud, I want something not too loud in the car with the great flow. I'm also looking for a BOV, but not the atmospheric one. Direct bolt on.

I just checked it out, WRX's for sale section is great. Not as big as the one here, but pretty good concidering that it's all local

 

Don't get the HKS Hi-per. It's not stainless and will probably rust after a few years. If you want the angled exit, consider Helix or tanabe - both are relatively cheap and throaty.

 

 

the buschur is not loud at all in the car FYI - i have been told that outside is freaking loud as hell tho.
