Yeah....what's up with the surfer dude in the Corvette winning the big trophy and not Andrew in the Evo 7???

Anyway.......I am IN IN IN IN IN!!!! Think I have time to SC the Ralliart?

Video update: I am in the process of pulling the raw video from my camera now. I have a clip to send you Rob (Otter).
I am planning on making about a 10-20 minute "tribute" or "highlight" video and putting it to DVD format (with soundtrack). Once I am finished, I will get Dr. SmokedHorsey to give his stamp of approval. Hopefully it will turn out to be a good bonus for the footage the Butler guys have.

The Evo7 should have won it, But I didn't get to judge, and it was corky how we picked, the winner should have been based on start/stop/cornering abilites not just cornering and "Looks", I thought the Evo7 Looked the best, but since it was my show, and I also drive an EVO, someone would have cried foul!! and not returned. This next time the winner will be clear with RAW #'s!! Went to talk to "BOSS" at airport a few minutes ago, we are looking at September to do it again. If you can put the satellite photo back on this side, look at the runway going North/South, that would be ours for the day, Access roads north (hard to see on satellite photo). There is room for slalom/ 0-100-0 MPH and Auto-X with higher speeds!! Now I have to find out if insurance polices have a 10 Million dollar policy! will keep you posted, nothing is concrete yet except the runway! Will try to get some help from Bob & Tom, as Bob was in the audience and it looked like he wanted to run!!!!!! Will keep you posted.

Ok kids,

There are rules for this show also, I was pleased that I didnt step on a Budwiser vomit-dot in the grass, the drunkards were kept away, and made this, like I always said, a FAMILY EVENT! thanks for that. My wife however did sound "tipsy" when she got on the loud speaker, remember the Lou Gehrig speech? Close your eyes and say it: TODAY,.........................I,................. ...........CONSIDER.............................MY SELF....etc. And to think, I almost married someone who talked faster! There were a few people who decided to do burn-outs before they left, they wont be allowed back into the gate, as If they hurt someone, dammaged something, It comes out of My pocket, and I'm putting this on for US to have fun, I dont want to have to shell out any more cash, to cover some "show-offs" actions. Lets keep it clean and fun, if you cant, please wait for the video to come out and stay home on Race-day! Enough said!

If you are talking about a "lawn job" in the grass where the spectators parked....I saw part of it while I was leaving. Not sure who it was though.

Hi, Mrs Smoked here...........since I have some planning time on the Fall Classic.......I would like to know what you would like to see out there this time? Vendors? our own Tee shirts? Diet coke? Dr. Pepper ( Accolade) Keep it reasonable and I will do everything to try and make it happen! Thank you, Greta

Mrs. Smoked,

I can assist in creating custom shirts for the upcoming events as I did this all through out college.

We should have DIET Dr. Pepper as we need to be as slim as possible for our racing events. (No offense Accolade)

What about one of those spritzer fans that they have at football games??!! Maybe that will help cool us down while we aren't racing. . . . . . . I know a company that might be able to help us out here too.

Finally . . . . . . more than 4 runs ??!! That's not TOOOOOO much to ask for is it??

Just throwing you some ideas Mrs. Smoked

more than 4 runs is a big one. i loved my 5 runs (track timing error, YAY!!!) and that wasnt even enough. Maybe if we had 2 or 3 practice runs before the actual 4 or 5 timed ones...

Vendors would be beautiful. Im not sure if there were any out there last time or not but i would love to have a place selling some parts...

If any US lancer guys have some parts they need installed, i could offer my services

Yes there will be more than 4 laps, If we get the runway, each lap will be more than 1:30 sec to complete, and higher straightaway speeds= More fun. To add some excitement, we will have Accolade and his Dr. Pepper on a skateboard as a moving cone! I think 1 "warm-up" lap will be nice also. I do believe, with a larger track, we can have 3-4 cars on the track and timed at the same time!

give me names of vendors you would like to see out there, I'll see if they would show up. the 3 that were no shows last week, will have to wait to see if there is space available. Maybe we can get Dyonflash, Bushurr. AMS, Vishnu to show up. who knows, I need the "Green light" from the airport before I start kicking some a**, and putting this together!

Make sure he's the last outside cone on a corner exit, just to make sure it's exciting for him, as well.
