Just buy yourself a cheap pressure washer. Keep your hose in the garage (won't freeze) and spray as often as necessary. It only takes a few minutes to knock the grime off the car. Saves you the hastle of going to a touchless....and you can get the under carriage clean too. Can't go wrong here.
Oh and yeah....Sept is when I will be home. Just gotta survive the constant rocket attacks from the insurgants. GRRR.

lol
Make sure you come home and pursue your dream for the love of god, if you want to open a shop, please do it.
I've tried using just a pressure washer, but it's just not the same. Maybe if the car was any other color than white it would be fine, as the pressure washer alone gets off most of the dirt, but I can always tell that it's not quite as white as it should be.
It's the worst on the back where the X has a reputation for spewing out a hard-to-clean grimy mess from the tailpipe.

. Not the greatest luck washing the car in the winter. The touchless washes get it nice and white, though. Everything but my side sills look great after that Hurricane Bay trip this week.

Hopefully you'll see me there more often. Ive been patiently waiting to work there but they're get the legistics squared away. I need a job very soon. Anyone know of any part-time evening jobs in the Cinci area?
Funny thing is I already did. Dropped off a resume and applied online (because my resume wasnt enough supposedly) and never got a response. I still see "Master techs wanted" advertised from them. Must be they dont want one that bad. Im actually hoping the TIC gig goes through so im looking more for a part-time job. Something at night.

I was on it about an hour earlier. People were driving at speeds I wouldn't even drive with AWD and snow tires. It was insanity, even at that time. I can't imagine what another hour of heavy snow would have been like.
yeah, it was absolutely insane. I had my rear walk on me a couple of times but had the TC off so just corrected and powered through, no biggie, but people were still trying to do like 65 in that crap. I was like "WTF.... did you just not see the Jack-knifed SEMI you just passed?"... wish I didn't have to work today so i could have went and found a parking lot to play in..... oh well next time.
I had fun playing in the snow today. Did a few donuts on the bridge going into newport right by Great American (No one was on the bridge but me, dont worry)
About lost my damn mind driving behind some dude going 15-20 for about 20 minutes in a 55. I swear people dont know what to do when there is snow on the ground.

For the majority of drivers in the area, it seems they follow two ridiculous rules
1) If there are light flurries that aren't sticking, or if it's simply raining, go 40 in a 65.
2) If it's a blizzard and the roads are actually dangerous, go 80 in a 65. Or 20 in a 65. One or the other. (and make sure you only leave 0.5 to 1 car length between you and that white Evo in front of you)
Arg!
