fastest sti up here (keeping in mind 5800 FT above sea level) with the stock turbo is 13.7ish that I know of. most guys with basic bolt on's and stock turbo run 13.5 - 14.5. I have seen several evo's with same type of bolt on's are running 12.4 - 13.5. I think the stock turbo and altitude are the difference with the thinner air. I would say any evo with just a reflash would have no problem with a stock sti.

 

There was a stock '04 STi at Bandimere that ran a 13.4 but is now one of the 12s STis in the state.

Yeah I knew it was him, but didn't realize it was a 13.4. Either way there are quite a few more EVO's with stock turbo's going alot faster.
