The fastest Subaru was Todd's WRX with a PE1818 and N20. 12.1@110 was his best time. That's currently the record holder for the fastest in the Rocky Mount. area. But this car was parted out and sold long ago..

The current fastest is a 2.5RS that's been built up pretty extensively for road racing. His details are below:

Mark Ramirez
1/4: 12.225@120.26
1/8: 8.011@91.14
60ft: 1.976

I don't know, I am beginning to think that stock STis own stock Evos the majority of the time.

Own at what? At the drag strip? This is how it goes in my experience:

05 Evo > STi > 03/04 Evo

This is if you put the same driver in each car. In fact, although I list the 05 Evo ahead of the STi in terms of drag racing (stock), the difference is very minimal. I'm just not so sure STi's can hit 12.9 in stock form like the 05 Evos can, but you have to also remember that their gearing makes them hit 5th, which is a big problem as I've found out in my MR. Luckily for me, 5th gear didn't become a problem until I started hitting 110+ and low 12s, whereas STi's have to worry about it in stock form...

No way at all, I have yet to see the STI's or any Subies own the EVO's at all. I have personally on the stock 9.8 beaten several (10+) STI's and there are only two 12 second STI's in Colorado, and several 12 sec EVO's.

These STis that you are beating, are they with good drivers? Have any Evos ran a 13.4-5 stock up here?

Drag strip.

My friend had a '05 MR and we ran when we were both stock, both good drivers and the MR barely pulled me. I ran a stock '05 STi recently, I am modded, and it stayed within 1.5 cars of me. The '05 STi driver ran a 13.6 with a 1.7s 60ft bone stock. It's really hard for me to believe that if I was bone stock that that STi would not have ripped me a new one. I will have to g-tech the car or take it to the track and see what I am running now.
