I'd go for saturday afternoon. Have we decided on the week yet? This weekend?

Sounds like we should meet at hooters near page extension.

And to our Bahraini poster...hope you can bring your Evo VII...would like to see it (this is in jest...I know you can't attend.)
That'd be hot.

The weekend is the last weekend of Sept...24th/25th. The consensus seems to be a Saturday at this point. Although there is a lot of Sun okay if that the day replies...

The location is probably going to be Bandana's on Manchester just east of 141 on the north side of the road...across the street from Moore Jag-u-ar/Aston Martin. There is a large expanse of open parking lot just across the driveway from Bandana's that rarely used for anything...Manager there is very accomodating. This worked out pretty well last time. I would suggest the same time as last time, too: 2pm start filtering in, BS, look at cars and then late lunch at 3pm or 3.30pm. This is post lunch rush/pre dinner...easy to get a group in at once.

I'll leave this open until the end of the weekend before posting a date thread.

AaronOZ: If you want to get an impromptu thing up this weekend...name a place for lunch Sat or Sun or Mon...I'd be up for having a beer and telling a few lies.

Let's do it the 24th. I'm probably going to request the whole weekend off both jobs. I'd love to use this meet to help with an "installation".

the reason I asked was because I can't make it this weekend. So I'll just sit at home wondering what I'll buy for my next mod. APR Wind Splitter and Canards? what do you guys say?

Anywho, I passed a Black Evo on 141 near Ladue tonight around 7:00-7:10, there were two people in there, a guy and a gal, seemed like a couple. I was going South and they were going North.

anyone from here?

What is it that you need "installed"? Are you going to want your car scattered all over a parking lot? Not really sure the property owners are cool with that. Remember: The property managers are not keen on car shows, therefore this is a group meeting for lunch. What a coincidence that we all drive the same car.

Not to worry any of you new to this...there was absolutley no problems last time. As long as we are using common sense and courtesy, we are good.

The original post for this democratic experiment put this weekend off limits...too close to the last meet and this is usually a nutso weekend for most.

Hmmmm...there is a company out there doing Varis and DoLuck lips replicas with the correct weave and good fit...I would go that route, IMHO. Personally, I am waiting for the Evo IX front bumper and adding a RalliArt CF lip...looks REALLY good. Besides, it will go with my Evo IX JDM rear bumper that MIGHT be here by the next meet.

You also might want to consider adding a boost gauge and swapping out the less than fantastic diverter valve, too.

Just a simple 7 hour turbo install. Nothing too detailed.

It might have been spiderbite. I know he has a black one. I found out by following him from the West Olive theatre all the way to about 141 & 40. I was freaking out since I was following him for so long, thought he was going to call the cops.

So the date is Sept. 24th...last Saturday of the month. Okay?

The meeting place is the Bandana's on Manchester just east of 141 on the north side of the road...okay with this, too?

If it is, then I will go and talk to the nice manager at Bandana's this week to give her some warning. After that I will post up a new thread with a good descriptive title and a sign up sheet so I can give Bandana's a good-guess-headcount a couple of days before.

Let me know, people.

Alright sounds like a plan. Do we have the time set or just morning in general?

Saw some black evos on Olive near 270 this weekend. Looked like some young drivers anybody from here?

Think I mentioned time a few posts ago...and I am bad about assuming our last meeting was so famous that everybody knows the time.

Start showing up about 2.00p and then we will eat and what not about 3.00p or 3.30p.

I will get a new thread started once I get the okay from Bandana's about having lunch and invading the lot...should be absolutely no problem.

Hope to see you there!

I think I can make that. Been real busy lately so I missed the whole vote or not to vote thing. Oh, totally off subject but this Tuesday coming up (Sept. 13) I am getting some people together to go to Gateway. No big deal, I just want to run my car a couple of times then sit back and watch. And there is also Midnight Madness on the 23rd. There are usually some nice cars lingering around. Just thought I would throw it out there.
