after they voided my brake warranty beacuse I switched to DOT4 fluid which is clearly indicated okay to use on the brake fluid reservoir cap, I swear never go back there.

that sucks! what happened to your brakes that made you go there for them in the first place? did they give a valid explanation why they voided ur warranty?

There were some air in my brake system, so I boiled the stock fluid after a weekend of driving. I had to replace them since the dealship were closed. But there were still some air in the system. I tried to reason with them, but all they said was DOT4 brake fluid will void the brake warranty.

yea i heard they are void happy.

My car came from there and they told the original owner that if he doesnt get the oil changed by them his warranty would be void. And then they gave him a "DEAL" on oil changes. 4 for $399

Woodfield is in Schaumburg...so I highly doubt that's the mod friendly one. Stay away from Keith....he's an ***.

libertyville mitsu is pretty cool.. I'd say they are mod friendly. Getting my T-case replaced with dp, catback, intake, mbc...Rafael is a good guy. However the service manager wouldn't replace my chipping spoiler because it had "buff" marks on it.

I've never had a good experience with any of the dealerships around woodfield...I bought my car from libertyville mitsu, and haven't had any problems. The only warranty work I've had done was getting my rotors turned. I went in with turbo-back, boost controller, intercooler, cams, intake and all they said was that the exhaust sounded sweet

LOL the only thing schaumburg mitsubishi did replace of mine was the rear spoiler because the clearcoat was peeling.....

I get my regular maintanence at Biggers elgin mitsu and have no issues, but maybe they don't really look at mods if you are just getting oil changes. Haven't had any warranty issues yet. Plus I'm not heavily modded yet
