Schaumburg Mitsu SUCKS. Go to Biggers Mitsu in Elgin...awesome place, awesome guys...they even work on some of the AMS' heavily modified employee cars when they needed to in the past.

Guys First Off You Are All Right. I Bought My Black Tarmac Evo From Them And They F**kd Me Over. Keith Is A D**k And So Is The Rest Of The The Guys Over There. I Had Fifth Gear Grind, No Mods! And They Said It Could Be Driver Error. So Basically Being I Had 4 Other Bad Experiences I Went Off And Cursed The Guy Out. Hes Lucky Im In Law Enforcement And I Didnt Want To Lose My Job By Knocking His *** Out. I Went To Biggers And In Less Then 5 Minutes They Took Care Of Me. Andy In The Service Dept Is A Cool Kat. I Got My Evo Back In 4 Days. Warrantied! I Will Never Go Back To Schaumburg Even If They Gave Me A Car. The Truth Is The Truth. Boycot Thier ***!

I agree..boycot those fools, they sold me on their dealership by saying they sold the most evos in the entire midwest region and serviced the most, treated their customers good, etc, etc. After I made my purchase and go in to schaumburg mitsu for small stuff they act like I'm a hastle and they don't know me. Screw them and go to Biggers instead.

we dissin on schaumburg Mitsu...but what about Tom Noe's. Any experience with them (good or bad)? Bigger's is kinda far. just looking for closer alternatives.

I had Schaumburg Mitsu issue too. They are f*ckheads. I walked into their service area and they were all just sitting around, looked the laziest bunch of f*cks ever. They didnt even do half the stuff I asked for them. One of them was a 3rd gear grind.

Its funny how this forum can slam the dealerships, and rightly so, but as soon as you voice your bad experiences about a tuner shop everyone goes nuts and jumps all over your case.Why is that?....shouldnt people know when theyve been jerked by a shop or dealership or vendor or even a personal sale? Only fair...........2c

funny thing is i've always gone to schaumburg mitsu w/c is like 14 miles away then u guys told me to go biggers instead, so i checked out the place and to my surprise( and stupidity coz i never use mapquest) it was like 2 miles away from me...i just moved to our new house so that's my excuse...have an appt tomorrow for 10 month free maintenance service

was just at Bigger's this am( thanks for the advice guys!!) for my 10 month maintenance and saw 2 IX being unloaded....i asked one of the salesman a few minutes earlier before the IX's came when the IX will be available, he said next month....don't they know anything or was this a surprise for them?

Yup agree, I bought my car from Schuamburg and the only thing I had them do was the 1k check. I had a few maintance and repair done but it was at Biggers in Elgin, Service guy there was cool, car had to stay there so the he gave me a loaner. That was sweet.
