Dude...I would still threaten the City with a law suit if they don't fix your car (or get you a new one) and compensate you for the inconvenience. That could have been a whole lot worse. They are completely negligent, almost to the point of being gross and malicious.

Yes, I would definitely advise a law suit too, even if just for the moral reason that the construction crews here seem to get away literally with murder.

I am geting a lawyer nut im not going in for money just to make T-Rex be more cautious and get ride of my "careless driving tickets"
On the good side insureance is giving me almost 39,000 for the car becasue of all the 40,000+ rate that dealers were giving and i didnt pay near that but it is still just a pain in the ***

no i have farmers and they suck.
I guess i shouldn't have said that about insurance because i must have jinxed myself! I slid into a curb doing like 50+ about a week ago, at least $2300+ in damage to suspension and like 3 of my rims. it scared the **** out of me. i don't know when I'll get back on that horse...

your insurance doesnt go up because of other peoples random idiocy, not talking about the OP, if you have an insurance company that raises your rate, and you didnt get a ticket or anything, change companies, I got hit twice in my evo in 6 months and the last one totaled it, and my insurance continues to go down, so it doesnt make sense to me to hear people say that.
