I crashed my car attempting to get on I -25 behind Dave n Busters and the on ramp suddenly became a barrier which I hit, but no injuries new Apexi Gray MR will me here in a few weeks.

Glad you are ok... Why was there a barrier on the onramp was it closed?

If there was no sign and the barrier was there I'd sue the city or whoever put it up there for negligence (not putting up warning signs) and recover the cost of the old Evo + getting a new one.

You mean the D&B at the Westminster Promenade? I drove that way last night, didn't see anything amiss. What exactly happened? The construction crews in Colorado seem to love putting up barriers and cones incorrectly. Once, on the onramp for hwy 36 from Baseline in Boulder, they had cones that led you right into a barrier. At night, you had to have sharp eyes and duck left through the cones into the real lane. They fixed it the next day.

ya there were no signs, lights dont work, no reflectors on the barrier, and the road is right next to the highway and was once an on ramp, so i was planning on gettin gon the highway and bam theres a wall. The ticket is geting dropped because of the lack of notification so it actually wont affct ur insurance

car is totaled but it now belongs to the insurance co so i cant sell you the tranny
